Announcing ResourceSpace and LinkrUI integration: the best-in-class Adobe connector

ResourceSpace is now fully integrated with Adobe software via LinkrUI - a best-in-class connector that allows you to directly search for, open, and place your ResourceSpace material into Adobe applications and upload into ResourceSpace from your Adobe platform.

LinkrUI was developed by Santa Cruz Software, and the new plugin is compatible with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.

Easy access - for any user

Users only need to enter a username and password when prompted to make use of the new integration. Alternatively, LinkrUI also supports single sign-on, so any users currently using their own authentication system will be able to seamlessly integrate with Adobe too.

Targeted in-app searches

The new connector lets you browse both your own private collections and featured collections, as well as apply filters such as resource type and file extension. Use the ‘Sort & Filter’ funnel icon to narrow down your search, filtering by collection, keyword, file type, and tag.

You can preview your resources by choosing the ‘View Asset Details’ option for the resource you have selected. You can also edit the thumbnail preview sizes along with other preferences via the ‘Options’ menu.

Browse collections and featured collections

Narrow down your search further by choosing one of your own collections to select from, or browse featured collections.

Two-way connectivity

Place resources inside your Adobe documents or open them as new ones. You can also open an existing file in your Adobe application and upload it to ResourceSpace: choose ‘Upload new asset’ and enter the resource metadata and information as you would in ResourceSpace. You can place resources directly into existing collections too.
