Montala Limited's 2024 B-Corp Annual Impact Report

Our 2024 B-Corp Annual Impact Report has now been released!

Since officially becoming a B Corporation® in 2022, we’ve continued to meet the rigorous social and environmental standards to qualify, and this year we’ve once again exceeded the minimum impact score of 80 with an impressive 105.4 points. Below are some highlights:

Customers

We’ve improved our customer satisfaction system, which is now fully automated. Our average customer satisfaction score is 4.99 out of a possible 5.

Governance

We’ve transitioned to the new ISO 27001:2022 standard, ensuring our information security processes are as robust as possible. And now that we’re fully employee-owned, our staff are in full control of how company profits are used, with 10% of profits going to charities they’ve chosen.

Community

To date, we’ve donated £135,000 to charities selected by our employees. We’ve also continued our voluntary work with local charities and community organisations. This year we’ve also taken part in two events at Burford School, conducting mock interviews and taking part in their Careers Day.

Environment

Continuing our partnership with Ecologi, we’ve now planted nearly 95,000 trees. We’ve remained committed to our remote working policy, having now recruited our first two fully remote positions, giving our employees the choice to work from home or in our office if they need to.

Workers

We’ve started working with remote.com - an organisation that will facilitate our staff being based in different countries, giving greater flexibility. Staff satisfaction scores are consistently high - no one has left the company in the last year and we’re well below the industry average of 13.2% attrition.

A lot has changed since we first developed ResourceSpace for Oxfam in 2006, but our values remain the same: we’re still proud of our commitment to quality, transparency, and trust.
