Over the past few months, we’ve had the pleasure of welcoming some great new organisations to ResourceSpace. Whether starting afresh or moving from a free instance to one of our supported packages, we’re always happy to bring new clients on board from across the not-for-profit, public, heritage, academic and commercial sectors.

Charities

Since 1952, Sue Ryder has been working to make sure everyone approaching the end of their life or living with grief can access the support they need. The organisation provides expert care to people at the end of their lives, whatever their health needs, as well as offering bereavement support throughout the UK.

Friends of the Earth International is a global environmental network operating in over 70 countries. FOEI advocate for environmental and social justice, focusing on issues like climate change, biodiversity and human rights while promoting sustainable development and grassroots activism.

With a mission to end hunger globally, US-based Christian advocacy organisation Bread for the World works to educate and equip people around the world to advocate for policies and programs that address the root causes of hunger and poverty.

Arts and culture

Opening this year, the National Communication Museum is a contemporary museum that connects audiences with stories about Australia's past and current communications technologies. Based in Hawthorn, Victoria, NCM will explore the evolution of communication methods, from early telegraphs to modern digital media.

Renowned UK art gallery The Hepworth Wakefield was named after sculptor Barbara Hepworth, who grew up in the area. As well as its programme of major international exhibitions, the gallery is home to a large collection comprising works by Hepworth as well as those of her peers, including Ben Nicholson, Patrick Heron, L.S. Lowry, and Henry Moore, plus works by contemporary artists including Frank Auerbach, Maggi Hambling, Anthea Hamilton, Martin Parr and Eva Rothschild.

Commercial and academic

The Global Green Growth Institute is an international intergovernmental organisation that was established in 2012 at the Rio+20 United Nations Conference on Sustainable Development. The institute is working to support its members in the transformation of their economies into a green growth economic model, covering wide ranging subjects such as waste, renewable energy, sustainable transport and gender and inclusive development.

Based in Oregon, US, the Math Learning Center is a nonprofit organisation serving the education community. Its mission is to inspire and enable everyone to discover and develop their mathematical confidence and ability, and their products and services are used by educators throughout the United States as well as in many international locations.
