ResourceSpace in conversation: freelance DAM consultant Stephanie Roberts
22nd May 2020
Earlier this month we caught up with Stephanie Roberts, a freelance Digital Asset Management (DAM) consultant and long-term advocate of ResourceSpace, to talk about the typical problems she solves for her clients and the process involved with setting up a DAM effectively.

We discuss branding and workflows as well as the typical requirements across different user groups - who should be able to do and see what on the system.
Stephanie has worked with a range of clients, including a lot of charities, and this discussion offers an insight into some useful points to consider if you're thinking about implementing a DAM system.
Our support packages include onboarding, training and consultancy. We'll set the system up for you and make sure you're confident using it and happy to make changes when you need them.
Different packages are available depending on the size and requirements of your organisation - some clients will need a fairly straightforward system with basic functionality, whilst some will need complex workflows, user permissions and filters.
For those clients that need extra resources in-house, we work closely with Stephanie.
If you have any questions please get in touch. We've listed Stephanie's contact details at the end of the video if you'd like her help.
