ResourceSpace and Drupal: now fully integrated

For many ResourceSpace users, Digital Asset Management provides a foundation for other platforms that support their organisation across every team.

From the Adobe suite, to video streaming platforms like YouTube and Vimeo, to museum Collection Management Systems like TMS, ResourceSpace integrates with lots of other platforms systems, and we’re delighted to now include the Content Management System Drupal in our list.

Drupal is a flexible web content management platform. Widely used, it helps users to create versatile, structured content, and integrates seamlessly with a range of digital marketing channels. Just like ResourceSpace, Drupal is open source and has a large community, even hosting regular events in support of the project.

With this integration, selected resources in ResourceSpace can be automatically kept in-sync with your media library in Drupal 11. A dedicated user profile for Drupal is used to make specific resources available.

Resources are then synchronised as they become available in ResourceSpace, and will be automatically removed from the Drupal library if they are no longer available to the configured ResourceSpace user.
