Support

ResourceSpace is free software, so there's no annual software license fee.

Once you’ve signed up, you’ll be assigned a dedicated DAM Consultant. They’ll work through the onboarding process with you to build a system that meets your needs perfectly. They’ll be aware of your goals and will design a custom metadata schema, user groups, permissions and workflows. They’ll also provide administrator training and always be available to answer questions, introduce new functionality and make changes as your knowledge of the system deepens and your requirements develop.

We carry out regular health checks to ensure you’re getting the most from the system too. This is annually for Team Cloud, twice a year for Business Cloud, and quarterly for our Enterprise customers.

Full technical support is included for all our hosted packages as well. For our hosted packages we take care of backups, security, upgrades and disaster recovery taking all this off the desks of your IT team. For on-premise clients your organisation will need to provide a web server that meets the appropriate requirements and handle backups, disaster recovery and server level technical support.

Our customer extranet allows you to download and pay invoices and renewal quotes and, for our hosted customers, the ability to download a complete copy of your system whenever you like.

Cloud Hosting

With our Cloud packages we take care of all technical aspects for you. You simply log in and start using the software.

Small Print

Billing is annual by default but can be paid monthly on request and requires a direct debit. For On-Premise services there is a minimum contract period of 12 months. UK customers please note that the above prices exclude VAT.

We release upgrades 3-4 times a year and an Enterprise package means you’ll have a fully supported test instance so you can try out any new functionality before putting it live on your production instance. Custom development you request can be patched to your test system as soon as it’s ready too - with an Enterprise support package there’s no need to wait for the next release.

Our Enterprise package means you’ll be allocated a huge 64GB RAM and guaranteed access to 8 cores for the ultimate Digital Asset Management hosting.

Our priority SLA which means faster response times from our support team and more consultancy and training on all the features ResourceSpace has to offer from your Account Manager.

Our higher tier packages allow the use of a custom contract whereby we negotiate new terms to replace the defaults. Our free package, and our basic Team Cloud / On Premise packages, are available on our standard terms only.

For our Enterprise Cloud packages only, a secure SFTP drop folder providing a rapid way to upload a large volume of files (in the hundreds of gigabytes). ResourceSpace automatically ingests the files after upload for later metadata tagging within the software. Tagging can also be configured to work automatically based on subfolder names within the drop folder.

For our paid hosted packages only, we provide automated tagging of your uploaded content using OpenAI. This powerful technology can also be used to process metadata, for example extracting keywords from a block of descriptive text in a document or generating a summary.
