ResourceSpace now seamlessly integrates with Joomla

For lots of organisations, ResourceSpace provides the secure hub for a suite of other creative and marketing tools to be used alongside. From image editing tools like Adobe Photoshop to templating software and Content Management Systems, we’re always working to add powerful new integrations and are pleased to now include Joomla in that list.

Joomla! is a flexible Content Management System that enables users to build their own vast range of resources, such as:

• Corporate websites
• Small business sites
• Online magazines
• E-commerce platforms
• Government, non-profit, community-based, school and personal homepages

Much like ResourceSpace, Joomla has a large community of users and offers flexibility when it comes to managing structured content.

For this integration, a custom user profile is used to make specific resources available so they can be synchronised between ResourceSpace and your Joomla media library.

For example, using a dedicated workflow state or search filter ensures that resources which meet the criteria you’ve set are automatically available in Joomla when they’re uploaded to  ResourceSpace.
