User IP restriction
It's possible to limit the locations from which your users access ResourceSpace by applying an IP restriction to user accounts.
This is done on a per-user basis, allowing you to maintain tighter controls on certain accounts where necessary.
The IP restriction is added by editing the user via Admin > Users, and entering the required IP into the 'IP address restriction' field - then just scroll to the bottom and click 'Save'. That can limit access to a certain workstation only or to a company building if using a wildcard such as 194.128.*
